West End Mall

Mixed-Use
Pre-Development
In Atlanta’s historic West End, a twelve-acre superblock is being reworked as a mixed-use district with housing, retail, hospitality, and medical space gathered around transit access and neighborhood life. The project brings more than 800 mixed-income residences, student housing, a hotel, and necessity-based retail to a part of the city shaped by strong institutional presence and long-standing disinvestment.
Set near a MARTA station and four HBCUs, the development addresses housing demand while strengthening connectivity and economic activity in the neighborhood. Led by BRP Companies, The Prusik Group, and Dabar Development Partners, the project treats scale as civic opportunity, with a program designed to support long-term value for both the community and its investors.
