1921 Atlantic Avenue
Brooklyn, NY
Mixed-Use
Completed
At the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Bancroft Place, a fifteen-story building settles into the rhythm of Bed-Stuy with muted brick, clean massing, and a measured presence on the block. The project brings 236 affordable residences, retail, and community infrastructure to a corridor shaped by transition, with shared spaces that include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and south-facing garden.
Four ground-level facilities extend that thinking into the neighborhood – an urban farm, a health clinic, a gallery for arts education, and a center for housing navigation and workforce development. Up to 80% AMI, the residences are designed with close attention to plan, daylight, and material quality.
